Refund policy

All Roam prints are made to order. Because each piece is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or incorrect items If your order arrives damaged or we've sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at kathleen@roamartwork.com with a photo and your order details. We'll replace it at no cost to you.

Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun we are unable to cancel or refund your order.
