Ordering & Products
Giclée printing uses archival pigment inks on Felix Schoeller 230gsm Fine Art paper, producing richer detail and far greater longevity than standard inkjet prints. Every Roam print is produced this way, so the texture and tonal depth of the original photograph is preserved.
Prints are Giclée on Felix Schoeller 230gsm Fine Art paper, framed behind glass. Canvas pieces are printed on 340gsm Fine Art Cotton Canvas, stretched onto a frame with a 10mm shadow gap, and arrive ready to hang without additional framing.
Select pieces in our catalogue are limited edition, as noted on the individual product page. Every print, limited or not, is licensed directly from the photographer who captured it.
Each product page includes a size guide with finished dimensions for every size, so you can measure against your wall or furniture before ordering. If you need further guidance, reach out via our contact page and we will help you choose.
Sizing & Framing
Our prints are available from A4 up to A0. A4 and A3 suit a desk or hallway, A2 works well above most furniture, and A1 or A0 make a statement piece for larger open spaces. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
Framed prints come in a 23mm x 23mm gallery frame profile, available in Black, White, Teak or Ash (stained timber finishes). Each can be ordered with an additional mount board — 40mm white on A4 to A1, 50mm white on A0. Canvas pieces are stretched onto the same Black, White, Teak and Ash floater frames.
Yes. Every framed print and canvas arrives fitted with hanger plates and is ready to hang straight out of the box, no trips to the framer required.
Shipping & Delivery
Every piece is made to order. Unframed prints are produced and shipped within 5-7 working days. Framed prints and canvas pieces take 7-10 working days from order to dispatch.
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Free delivery applies on orders over R 1 500; shipping is calculated at checkout for orders below that.
All framed and canvas pieces are wrapped securely with protective corner guards and rigid packaging to prevent damage in transit. You will receive tracking details once your order ships.
Returns & Care
As every piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. If this happens, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Keep your print out of direct sunlight to preserve colour over time. Dust the frame and glass with a dry microfibre cloth, and avoid hanging in humid rooms such as bathrooms.

Every image in the Roam catalogue is shot first-hand across Africas wild places, from the Karoo and Pilanesberg to Kruger and Timbavati. Each product page includes the location and story behind the shot.
